Square Diffuser

Square diffusers are common air supply terminal devices in HVAC systems. They are square or rectangular in shape, with a faceplate featuring multiple sets of symmetrically arranged slotted or square air outlets. Through the use of deflector blades, they evenly disperse the airflow into a horizontal jet that skims the ceiling, enabling wide-area, low-velocity air distribution and preventing direct airflow that could cause discomfort to occupants. Key features include uniform airflow distribution, an aesthetically pleasing and discreet design (suitable for recessed installation in ceilings), and flexible airflow adjustment (some models include control dampers). They are typically constructed of aluminum alloy or galvanized steel. Widely used in shopping malls, office buildings, hotels, and similar venues, they are particularly well-suited for spaces with high ceilings or those requiring extensive air conditioning coverage, serving as a key component for enhancing indoor airflow organization efficiency and comfort.
