Designed for automatic thermal and electrical shutoff, these heavy-duty steel dampers act as structural barriers within wall, floor, and ceiling duct penetrations.
Tested and compliant with GB/T 15930 (equivalent to international standards UL 555 and EN 1366-2), our dampers feature precision multi-blade assemblies, ultra-low air leakage rates, and dual manual/electrical reset actuators for reliable fire life-safety management.
70°C Fire Damper (Normally Open - Fire Isolation):
Operational Logic: Remains Normally Open (NO) for daily air ventilation. If duct air temperature reaches 70°C (158°F), the thermal fuse element activates, releasing the spring mechanism to close the damper blades instantly.
Dual Control & Feedback: Supports automatic closure via a 24V DC signal from the Fire Alarm Control Panel (FACP), as well as manual mechanical trip. Outputs a passive dry-contact feedback signal upon closure. Must be manually reset after activation.
280°C Smoke Fire Damper (Normally Closed / Open - Smoke Extraction):
Operational Logic: Configured for smoke extraction ducts. Closes automatically when exhaust air temperature exceeds 280°C (536°F) to isolate the fire zone once smoke control operations cease.

Heavy-Duty Galvanized / Stainless Steel Casing: Rigid frame construction engineered to withstand duct expansion and high thermal stress during structural fires.
Ultra-Low Air Leakage Rate:
Ambient Temperature Leakage: ≤ 500 m³/(m²·h) at a static pressure differential of 300 ± 15 Pa.
Fire-Resistance Period Leakage: ≤ 700 m³/(m²·h) under high-temperature testing at 300 ± 15 Pa static pressure.
Flexible Actuator Integration: Factory-fitted with spring-return electric actuators (24 V DC / 230 V AC) or manual mechanical fuselink assemblies.
Nominal Working Pressure: ≤300 Pa at ambient operating temperatures.
Applicable Media: Clean air, ventilation gases, and heavy combustion smoke.
Frame & Blade Material: Premium Galvanized Steel Sheet / Optional 304 or 316 Stainless Steel for corrosive environments.
Duct Connection Styles: Rectangular flange connection / Circular spigot fitting.
