The impeller hub is manufactured using internationally advanced aluminum die-casting technology or a specially welded steel plate structure, while the blades feature a symmetrical airfoil profile, delivering high efficiency, low noise, excellent strength, and long service life, with virtually identical performance parameters in both forward and reverse rotations. All impellers undergo X-ray inspection and mechanical property tests, ensuring reliable quality and ample safety margins; under high-temperature conditions, specific thermal mitigation measures are implemented to guarantee safe operation.

The blades are connected to the hub via high-strength bolts, allowing convenient adjustment of the blade setting angle to suit varying operational requirements. Upon request, the fan can be equipped with a bidirectional anti-surge device to ensure safe and stable operation during sudden changes in system resistance. The fan is designed with compact integration, incorporating guide devices and stationary vanes to facilitate installation, maintenance, and servicing. The rotation direction can be reversed within 30 seconds (via a compensated start-up method, transitioning from forward rated speed to reverse rated speed).
